The HotShot has established itself as the most flexible and reliable remote head in the broadcast industry.
The HotShot has a choice of control systems, via either the ‘Pan Bar’ system or the standard ‘Joystick’ Control. This provides reversing switches on the pan, tilt, zoom and focus allowing for ‘user-friendly’ control. Fully adjustable controls allow 360 degree control of pan and tilt, in speeds ranging from 2.5 seconds to 17 minutes.
Slip Rings are fitted to the pan section of the HotShot, which allows cable free movement of the head. The tilt section is fitted with fully adjustable limit switches which prevent the camera cables from snagging. All electronics are built into the HotShot. No external control packs or switcher boxes, such as Multiplexer are required. The HotShot is a completely self contained unit.
The addition of the Camera Corps’ PTZF Switcher Box allows for total control of up to 5 remote HotShot pan and tilt heads.
