The Hitachi DPD8 camera is available in the standard form as shown and also with the image sensor and lens removed from the main case which enables rotation through 90 degrees.

These cameras have been widely used  in many small camera applications.  SDI conversion using the Y/C output gives slightly improved resolution compared to using the standard PAL composite output.  The camera can also be up-converted to HD and aspect ratio converted to 16:9.

Full control of the camera is possible via Camera Corps RCP Panel; allowing complete control of up to 5 cameras if necessary.

When the Camera Corps RCP Panel is used in conjunction with the Camera Corps PTZF Switcher box all camera functions and PTZF controls are sent via a single 3-pin XLR cable.
